SeatCarperu began in 2018 when our co-founders, frustrated by disparate HR tools and manual processes at their own growing tech startup, realized there had to be a better way. They envisioned a single, integrated platform where every 'seat' in a company could be managed efficiently and 'carperu' (a play on 'carpe diem' – seize the day) could truly be about seizing opportunities, not paperwork. Their engineering background drove them to build a robust, no-nonsense solution focused purely on results.
